The location of the house was exceptional, with a small Cafe and market conveniently located across the road. We were able to easily grab any essentials we forgot to pack. The proximity to the dock for the Skellig Island trip was a few minutes walk away, making it very convenient for us. The owner of the house was also very helpful and willing to assist with any questions we had.

The decoration of the hotel was charming, with a homey touch that made me feel comfortable right away. The general areas were spacious and accessible, perfect for senior people like myself. Additionally, the hotel's location in the heart of Portmagee made it convenient for us to explore the beautiful town and enjoy all its amenities.
The only thing I would ask for is a more friendly and understanding approach from the staff. It would have been perfect if they had been more accommodating when we had an extra person and a child joining our group.

I always return to this place because I know I'll have no regrets. The staff helped with my heavy baggage during my first stay, which made me remember their kindness. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, off-site car park, laundry, and more. Looking forward to coming back for New Year!

We recently stayed at a proper Irish house with a soul in a charming village. the host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and full of information about the surroundings. the location was perfect, with a brilliant cafe and a shop nearby. We could easily walk to the pubs and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere with a real fireplace and logs provided. The house also had a lovely garden and was dog-friendly, which was a plus for us. Cons: Absolutely nothing 🙌.

We absolutely loved our romantic escape in this cozy Irish home. The location was breathtaking, with stunning scenery all around. Being able to walk to the cafes, shops, and pubs was so convenient and added to the charm of our stay. Plus, the fact that the house was dog-friendly made it even better since we could bring our furry loved one along with us.
That there was only one toilet in the house, which was located upstairs. It would have been more convenient to have another toilet downstairs, especially when we had guests over.

The location of the accommodation is perfect, with everything you need just steps away. There are shops, pubs/restaurants, and even a chipper van nearby, ensuring convenience for guests. Additionally, the house itself is spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The host, Ger, was also helpful and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process and addressing any issues promptly.
One drawback that should be noted is the lack of electric car charging facilities in close proximity. Although this is not the fault of the hosts, it may inconvenience guests who own electric cars and require a nearby charging point.
